Retrieve a track, including its metadata information, by its DISCO Track ID.

We will return a range of keys, many of which are dependent on the metadata that is included with your tracks.

Some keys are specific to DISCO, including:

• "is_ready" - returns true if the track has processed.
• "ai_transcribed_lyrics"- returns trueif the lyrics were transcribed by AI in DISCO AND have not been accepted by anyone.
• "short_url"and "short_stream_url"- returns DISCO short URLs that can be shared. The stream URL provides a link to the track where the enduser cannot download the file.
