Submit up to 10 audio files for watermark leak tracing.

DISCO downloads each file from the supplied HTTPS URL and processes it asynchronously. A separate watermark leak trace is created for each file. The response preserves the request order and returns an ID for every created trace.

The supplied URLs must:

• use HTTPS;
• be reachable by DISCO without cookies or interactive authentication;
• remain valid long enough for DISCO to download the file.

Pre-signed URLs are supported and may be up to 8,192 characters long. Each source file may be up to 8 GB.

Results via Amazon EventBridge

A 202 Accepted response only confirms that the files have been accepted for processing.

When processing finishes, DISCO publishes a watermark_leak_trace.completed event through the configured Amazon EventBridge integration.

EventBridge attributes:

• source: ac.disco.events
• detail-type: watermark_leak_trace.completed

The detail.data.watermark_leak_trace_id value matches the id returned by this endpoint.

Possible statuses:

• completed — processing completed; zero or one matching track may have been found.
• inconclusive — detected watermarks matched multiple tracks.
• failed — the file could not be downloaded or processed.

track_id, track_metadata, sender, recipient, and shared_at may be null when the corresponding information is unavailable.

Rate limit

This endpoint is limited to 10 requests per minute. Each request may contain up to 10 files.
